Moving Day

Sarah was excited about her new flat. Last week, she found a small apartment in the city centre. It was cheaper than her old house, so she decided to move. On Monday, the removal van arrived at 8 a.m. Sarah packed boxes with her books, clothes, and kitchen things. Her friend Tom helped her carry the heavy boxes. By 2 p.m., everything was in the new flat. Sarah's new home was smaller, but it was modern and bright. The windows looked out onto a busy street. She was tired after the move, but very happy. That evening, she made tea and sat on her new sofa. Sarah knew she would love living here.
