Last Saturday, the Green family planned a picnic in the park. They packed sandwiches, fruit, and juice. The weather looked nice in the morning. But at 2 o'clock, dark clouds came. Then it started to rain. The children were sad. Dad said, 'Don't worry! We can move to the picnic shelter.' They ran to the shelter with their food. Inside, it was dry and warm. Mum opened the sandwiches and everyone ate happily. The children played cards and laughed. After one hour, the rain stopped. The family sat outside and watched the birds. It was a good day after all.
